FAQ

1. Can you send me a quote?

Absolutely. Not only that but we can help you specify network/server/storage solution to ensure the correct components and licences are selected. Please call/email/live chat us with your requirement.

2. Can I have a VAT invoice?

Yes. For web orders, VAT invoices can be downloaded from the website. For orders on account, VAT invoices are sent to the email address on your purchase order.

3. How much do you charge for delivery?

Our standard delivery charge is £10. Orders over £1,000 qualify for free delivery.

4. How long do you take to deliver?

Stock items are almost always delivered next day (pallet deliveries can be an exception). Our shipping cut-off is typically around 4.30pm, though some orders can be dispatched beyond this time. Lead times vary on items that need to be backordered with the respective manufacturer. Please call/email/live chat us for an ETA. All Meraki orders ship directly from the manufacturer and take around 7 days.

5. Do you offer pre-noon/Saturday delivery?

Yes, on stock items being delivered within Great Britain. Please search for ‘GB Shipping Uplift’ and add the uplift to your order.

6. How many do you have in stock?

As we are able to offer stock both from our own warehouse and directly from our suppliers, we don’t show exact stock levels. If you need to order several units, feel free to call/email/live chat us for exact availability.

7. Do you offer account management?

Yes, if you are a repeat customer you will be allocated an account manager. This means you will always know who to speak to and deal with someone who knows your business.

8. Do you offer credit accounts?

Yes. Public sector organisations (councils, NHS, central government, etc.) and registered charities automatically qualify for a 30 day credit account. Corporates are required to fill in an account application form. We use Creditsafe (and common sense) to asses credit applications. Trade references may be required.

9. I’m not able to pay by credit card, how can I order?

We accept payment by all major credit cards (including Amex) but we also accept BACS payments and orders on account. Public sector and registered charities can order using a PO number and pay our invoice on 30 day terms.

10. Do you deal with overseas clients?

Yes, we deliver to all countries within the EU (and UK Channel Islands), countries outside the EU by arrangement. European delivery is £25 and typically takes 1-2 days.

11. What type of clients do you deal with?

We deal with a wide range of public and private sector clients ranging from one-man IT consultancies to FTSE100 enterprises. Every customer matters to us. Please note that we are purely a B2B reseller, orders from private individuals will be rejected.
